Mary CalderMary Calder is one of your local lawyers. Mary graduated from The College of Wooster (B.A., International Relations, June 1990) and Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law (J.D. May 1993). Additionally she studied environmental law at The Vermont Law School. During law school, Mary was active in Moot Court and was research assistant to Bruce Comly French. She also interned at Wheeler, VanSickle & Anderson, S.C. with Attorney William P. O’Connor.

Mary was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in 1993, first serving as an associate attorney in a firm in New London. She then spent ten years working for Winnebago County first as the Attorney/Director of the child support agency and then as Family Court Commissioner. Mary returned to private practice with Wolf River Lawyers, SC, in 2017 ready to serve your legal needs. She focuses on business and personal collections, landlord/tenant issues, and child support enforcement/modification.

Mary has participated in Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build, The Race for the Light benefiting the Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, Inc. and pursues volunteer opportunities with local animal shelters and high school mock trial competitions. She spends her free time supporting her son’s successful high school wrestling career and playing with her dogs.
