What We Do?

exp

Divorce Law

It is impossible to know how it will all turn out, but with our assistance you will be educated about your options and you will be sure to be making the most informed decisions possible.

exp

Child Custody

Nothing is harder than fighting to be a parent. Nothing is more important. Our Attorneys have tried, negotiated and solved hundreds of custody and placement cases.

exp

Probate

Probate is not the boogy man that everyone tries to make it. It is merely the process of transferring assets from one generation to another. It can now be done for a reasonable cost in a reasonable time.

exp

Guardianship

It is never easy when a guardianship is needed. The need arises after a medical problem like a stroke occurs, or after a catastrophic injury like a brain injury.

exp

Real Estate Law

Selling your home? Want to save money and skip realty fees? Trying to buy a piece of hunting land?
If so, we can help provide the necessary forms, find the right providers of services such as title searchers, inspectors and surveyors.

exp

Criminal Law

This stark image says it all. An arrest can happen to all of us. One drink too many, one word too many, one action we wish we could take back.
In our family law practice we often deal with crimes of domestic violence, so we are especially sensitive to how often good people make mistakes.

exp

Estate Planning

Not everyone must have a will, but parents of minor children MUST have a will, if they want to decide who raises their kids if something should happen to them. No one wants that discussion, but it is an obligation parents have.

exp

Business Law

We now offer business services, including collection, business formation (LLC and Corporation), dispute resolution and the like. When your business has needs, Wolf River Lawyers can assist you in every step. Contact us to use that resource and knowledge base.
